		<description>I would say that you can add 2.0 to anything that can be done in a slightly new way or appear new.  In the old days, Microsoft programmer would simply just add more decimal to their version of the program before they began giving it more stylish names when they try to make it hip.  Of course, those are days only old computer users would remember.  :)</description>
